FEED REGISTRATION

Animal feed / Feed additive Exporters Registration with AQSIQ policy from 01 May, 2017

For facilitate the export of processed feed products from the overseas companies to China in accordance with the requirements established by the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People's Republic of China.

According to AQSIQ and Ministry of Agriculture requirements mandate overseas exporters must submit the following these feed products documents in order to pass a customs inspection into China:

Feed product manual.
Company's business documents.
Feed test report or local health inspection certificate.
The exporter must apply for Department of Agriculture registration.

A CORRECT APPLICATION PROCEDURES

AQSIQ will keep a file of applications of manufacturer / exporters who have submitted complete filing information. A list of filed manufacturer and exporters with their names and countries / regions shall be generated by the AQSIQ registration management system and made public on AQSIQ website.

Note: AQSIQ strongly recommends that applicant register directly and do not leave this application process to their importer or distributor. Importers require your registration number to complete China customs clearance. Should you change your distributor, or have multiple distributors, they may be reluctant to share your registration number and authorization password if circumstances change.
